Another Crazy Day

This was my fourth album, recorded in early 1998 at Andy Crawley’s Mark One Audio. He’d just invested in a new studio setup and had made the decision to change to a pc based recording system At that time Cubase had just been released and he used my album to debug the programme. It was fun working out how many time a passage could be overdubbed before the pc cried “no more, no more!” and what happened when you pressed the delete key by mistake. All in all I’m pleased with the result. My thanks go to Andy for engineering and programming everything. Phil Darroch played bass on two tracks, Chris Clemo added some percussion here and there, Pam, Pat, Penny and Anne sang backing vocals on “The Kingdom will come” and the other backing vocals were by Sarah Passmore, Andy Crawley and Mike Edgecombe. Sue Clemo sang on “Let me lean on you today” and “Servant Heart”. I had a hand in all the songs and co-wrote “Walk the Talk” and “Let me lean on you today” with Jerry Arhelger, and co-wrote “Higher and higher” with Dan Harris.
