Ain't Quitting
This album was recorded in 2003. The basic tracks were recorded at Cardinal Chimp Studio with myself in the engineer’s chair. We then took all the data to Andy Crawley’s Mark One Digital Studio where we recorded all the overdubs, guitar parts, lead vocals, etc This time I was aided and abetted by Pete Bultitude on drums and backing vocals, his wife Vicky on backing vocals, Sue Clemo on vocals, Andrew & Carol Avery on backing vocals on “I long”. Andy played keyboards and did the programming and mixed and mastered it. I wrote most of the songs except “To God be the Glory” written by Fanny Crosby with music by W H Doane (my arrangement), “We celebrate your love” by Colin D Miller, “My heart is full” by Graham Kendrick, and “Stand up , stand up for Jesus” written by George Duffield with music by Webb (also my arrangement). “I Long” was written by Al Duncan, Jamie Jones and Chris Clemo. “God is still good” made number 2 in the UCB Inspirational charts in Nov 2003 and “To God be the glory” has had airplay all over the world.
